Kofi Lomotey

Kofi Lomotey serves as the Chancellor John Bardo and Deborah Bardo Distinguished Professor of Educational Leadership at Western Carolina University since July 2013. In addition to this role, Kofi has been the President of P-LAN Enterprises, LLC, an education consulting firm, since July 2008. Kofi previously held the position of Senior Fellow at the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU) from February 2012 to June 2013 and served as Chancellor at Southern University and A & M College from July 2008 to June 2011, as well as President of Fort Valley State University from October 2001 to June 2005. Kofi's academic credentials include a PhD and MA in Educational Administration from Stanford University, an MEd in Curriculum & Instruction from Cleveland State University, and a BA in Economics from Oberlin College.
