Jim Lynch

Jim Lynch is the current Trustee at WESTERN CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS. Jim was previously the Director of Sales for North America at Iron Mountain from October 2007 to July 2015. In this role, they were responsible for business development, account management, quota attainment, and revenue growth initiatives for the company’s largest markets which totaled over $164M in annual revenue per year. Additionally, they led a team of business development and account executives who were accountable for new sales and revenue from prospective and existing customer accounts within the legal, technology, healthcare, entertainment, energy, and financial verticals. Jim oversaw contract preparations and led negotiations with C-suite level relationships to assure the highest level of value to our customers.

As part of the local executive leadership team, Jim was also responsible for and experienced in executive leadership, P&L management, organizational and strategic leadership, contract negotiations, issues management, revenue management, customer retention, price optimization, account management, branch and sales management, budget management, and M&A.
