Theresa Szczurek

Theresa Szczurek, PhD, currently serves as Board Director, COO, and Co-founder of Radish Systems, LLC, which enhances customer experience through its ChoiceView platform. Theresa is also a Trustee and Chair of various committees at Western Colorado University, overseeing operations for an institution dedicated to fostering diverse career preparation. As CEO of Technology and Management Solutions, LLC, Theresa has provided extensive IT, cybersecurity, and strategic consulting services to organizations, achieving significant growth and development outcomes. Previous roles include Chief Information Officer for the State of Colorado, where management of a $400M budget and leadership of over 1,000 staff were pivotal in supporting state agency functions. Additionally, Theresa has contributed to various boards and initiatives focused on technology, women's education, and public service.
