Bethanie Miller

Bethanie Miller has a diverse background in various roles such as HR Manager, Staffing Consultant, and Owner/Lead Instructor/Chief Range Safety Officer. Currently, Bethanie serves as the Leadership Development Director at JCI USA, overseeing the development of state presidents and local leaders. In the past, Bethanie has also held positions such as HR Generalist, Accounts Specialist, and Chapter Co-Leader for The Well Armed Woman, Shooting Chapters. With a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Political Science from The University of Southern Mississippi, Bethanie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their current role.
