Kathi is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Western Container Corporation since April 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Coca-Cola Refreshments from 2008 to 2015, holding positions such as a Human Resources Business Partner-Manager, Market Unit Sales Capability Manager, and Director of Human Resources. From 2002 to 2008, Kathi was employed at Coca-Cola European Partners as a Human Resources Manager and Division Safety Manager. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at PepsiCo Americas Foods in 2001 and at Coca-Cola Enterprises as a Career Development Manager and Employee Relations Manager from 1996 to 2001.
Kathi Tysor, SPHR, received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Sweet Briar College in 1985. In 2013, they obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
