Damon McMillian

Damon McMillian is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as a CDL A Tanker for Western Dairy Transport, LLC since March 2019, Damon specializes in milk hauling. Prior to this, Damon worked for Tims Concrete Products as a Production Team Leader for over 20 years, where responsibilities included customer interaction and operational tasks involving heavy machinery. Additional experience includes roles at Scrieber Foods and Newalta, focusing on equipment operation and maintenance. As MCOT Team Leader at Pecan Valley Centers for Behavioral and Developmental Healthcare, Damon facilitated service delivery and safety planning for consumers. Early career experience includes leadership in cheese production at AMPI Cheese Plant. Damon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Tarleton State University.
