Deb Weiss

Deb Weiss is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Western Dental & Orthodontics since 2021. Previously, Deb held significant roles at Pacific Dental Services from 2014 to 2020, including Director of Organizational Change, where Deb set and led the change management agenda and designed effective change strategies. Prior experience includes Director of Organization & Talent Development at SAIC from 2000 to 2013, and a Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant at Verizon from 1992 to 1998. Deb Weiss holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
