Stephen Robinson

Stephen Robinson is a Telecom Engineer at Western Dental Services since November 2010, specializing in the setup and maintenance of the Avaya S8800 PBX system, as well as assisting with ACD Vector design, programming, and testing. Prior to this role, Stephen worked as a Field Tech at Advantage One from 2008 to 2011, where responsibilities included troubleshooting phone systems, computers, fax machines, and printers, along with installing wall jacks and running cables. Stephen obtained a Certificate of Completion in Foundational Technology Assessment from West Net Learning in 2014 and attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2000 to 2003.
