CC Liao is the Substrate Design Director at Western Digital and has been with the company since 2017. They previously held the position of Substrate Design Manager at SanDisk from 2004 to the present, and at SPIL from 1997 to 2003. Additionally, CC Liao worked at PPt as a Substrate Design Manager from 2003 to 2004. They earned a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Central University between 1992 and 1994.
