Celia Chan

Celia Chan, ACCA, MSc, is a Senior Manager of APAC Payroll at Western Digital, where they lead a team managing various payroll vendors and statutory filing across multiple APAC countries. With extensive experience in payroll services, Celia previously held senior management positions at Intertrust Group, TMF Group, and EY, where they developed effective payroll routines and ensured compliance across diverse jurisdictions. Celia is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development at the University of Leicester and is a fellow member of ACCA.
