Cheryl Ching

Cheryl Ching is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in financial analysis and management across multiple leading technology companies. Currently serving as Lead Financial Analyst at Western Digital since October 2017, Cheryl manages the OPEX Financial portfolio for the CTO Office, Corporate Strategy, and Executive Office. Previous roles include Finance Project Consultant at Cisco, where consolidation of OPEX and COGS for the collaboration business unit was achieved, and various senior finance positions at Seagate Technology, including Worldwide Finance Controller and Business Planning Controller, where Cheryl partnered with executive leadership to establish spending targets and manage overall budget processes. Cheryl holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia, and is a member of the Australian CPA.
