Mohan Dunga

Mohan Dunga is a distinguished engineer with extensive experience in CMOS technology development and engineering management. Currently a Distinguished Engineer at Western Digital since November 2016, Mohan focuses on defining the CMOS roadmap for 3D NAND scaling, delivering solutions like the industry's fastest CBA TM I/F speed. Previous roles include Director of R&D Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed developing CMOS solutions, introducing data analytics for efficiency, and ensuring high performance across teams, and Senior Manager, R&D Engineering, concentrating on advanced 3D NAND product technologies. Prior experience at SanDisk involved defining CMOS technology for the first X3 48L 3D NAND and leading device design improvements. Mohan began a career in device modeling at Berkeley Design Automation and holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley.
