Leanne Sipes

Leanne Sipes is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Accountant at Western Electrical Contractors Association, Inc. since August 2008, Leanne manages all aspects of billing, receivables, collections, deposits, and revenue analysis, while also supervising accounts payable. Prior to this role, Leanne worked at Spare Time, Inc. from January 1997 to March 2006, initially as Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included developing HR policies and overseeing payroll for over 800 employees, and later as Assistant Controller, responsible for preparing monthly financial statements and managing accounts payable. Leanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Gonzaga University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
