Terry Seabury

Terry Seabury serves as the Executive Director and CEO of the Western Electrical Contractors Association, Inc. (WECA) since January 2002, overseeing the association's affairs and ensuring compliance with regulations. Previously, Terry held the position of Vice President for the Western Region at RCC Consultants from January 1999 to January 2002, managing design and consulting services across nine states for key clients, including city and county emergency services. Terry's extensive telecommunications experience includes various positions at Pacific Bell/SBC/AT&T, culminating as Director of Statewide 911 Networks before retiring in 1998. Terry's educational background includes a BS in Organizational Behavior and Business Administration from the University of San Francisco, an Executive Education Certificate from Duke University, and two Associate's Degrees from Butte College and the College of the Siskiyous.
