Jonathan Armstrong has extensive work experience in the forestry and forest management industry. Jonathan began their career as a Forestry Technician at Liskeard Lumber Ltd. in 1993 and later worked as a Planning Forester at Timiskaming Forest Alliance Inc. from 1995 to 2001. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the General Manager of Timberlands Planning before being promoted to Vice President, Fibre Supply. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Forest Stewardship and Fibre Supply.
Jonathan Armstrong completed their Diploma in Integrated Resource Management in Forestry at Lakehead University from 1995 to 1997. Jonathan then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Forestry with a Co-op program at the same university from 1997 to 2001.
