Lindsay Allan

Lindsay Allan, CPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and HR integration. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Talent & Rewards at Western Forest Products since April 2021, Lindsay previously held the role of HR Business Partner, Manager - BC at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited from May 2017 to October 2020. Earlier positions included Senior HR Lead at Owens Corning, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment and payroll integration, as well as Human Resources Generalist at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, focusing on HR administration and integration projects. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Coordinator at Shell Vacations Hospitality and a brief internship at Barrick Gold Corporation.
