Mark Dubois-Phillips has extensive work experience in various executive roles. Mark is currently the Director of Marketing and Branded Sales at Western Forest Products. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Customer and Market Strategy at West Fraser and the Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Logistics at Norbord (which was acquired by West Fraser in 2021). Mark has also held positions such as Vice President of Corporate Development at Norbord, President at Hedgehog Technologies International Inc, and Principal Consultant at MDP Management Consulting. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Operations and Business Development at Hedgehog Technologies Inc. Before that, they served as the Director of the Smart Utility Group at Powertech Labs Inc, where they played a key role in the establishment of the company's new ventures in Electric Vehicles and the Smart Grid. Additionally, they held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board at Electric Mobility Canada - Mobilité électrique Canada. Mark gained experience at BC Hydro as the Senior Manager of Technology Development in the Office of the Chief Technology Officer and as Manager of the Revelstoke Generation Station in the Generation Business Unit.

Mark Dubois-Phillips obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science International Relations from The University of British Columbia, where they studied from 1981 to 1986. Mark later pursued a Technology Management Certificate Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2009. Additionally, they participated in an Executive Education Program on Financial Accounting for non Financial Managers at UBC Sauder School of Business.
