Timothy Robinson has a diverse range of work experience in the aviation industry. Timothy served as the VP Safety & Security at Western Global Airlines from 2018 onwards. Prior to this, they worked as an Aviation Consultant at TR Aviation Consulting, where they provided expertise in gaining DOD approval and generating government contracts. Timothy Robinson has a distinguished educational background. Timothy began their academic journey in 1982 at the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs. Timothy successfully completed this program in 1986.

Following their undergraduate studies, Timothy pursued a Master's degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1993 to 1995. During this period, they gained in-depth knowledge and expertise in the field of Aeronautical Science.

In 1998, Timothy attended the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, where they further expanded their educational qualifications by completing a Master's degree in Advanced Study of Air Mobility. This program lasted until 1999 and provided Timothy with specialized knowledge in the area of Air Mobility.

Later, Timothy pursued higher education at Western Governors University, starting in 2008 and completing in 2010. Here, they achieved a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, focusing on general business principles and management strategies.
