Richard Adams

Richard Adams has a diverse work experience. Richard started their career at EY, where they worked as a Trainee in Transaction Services and later became a Manager and an Assistant Director in M&A. In 2008, they joined Imperial Brands PLC, initially as a Senior Manager in Corporate Development and Strategy. Richard then held various roles including Asia Pacific Business Development Director, M&A Director, and Head of Fiscal Affairs. Richard joined Freemans Event Partners as a Group Commercial Director for a short period in 2019 before moving on to become the CFO of Western Global. Overall, Richard Adams has experience in finance, commercial, and mergers and acquisitions.

Richard Adams attended RGS Worcester from 1990 to 1997 for their primary and secondary education. Richard then went on to study Economics at the University of Bristol from 1998 to 2001. In 2005, they pursued further education and joined ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs to become a Chartered Accountant.
