Jen Navasca is an experienced professional in the field of reporting and analytics, currently serving as the Manager of Reporting & Analytics at Western Glove Works since November 2022. Prior to this role, Navasca worked as a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst at Tilray Brands, Inc. from January 2022 to November 2022, and held various positions at Manitoba Harvest Hemp Foods, including Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist and Data Analyst/Report Writer from March 2014 to January 2022. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Financial System Administrator at Postmedia Network Inc. from 2002 to 2014, and as a Financial Data Analyst at Assiniboine Community College from 2000 to August 2002. Navasca holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Manitoba, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
