Matt Costantino has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matt began their career as an intern for Senator Pat Browne at the Senate of PA in 2011 and then worked as a Tour Guide at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum from 2012 to 2014. Matt later served as an Assistant in Institutional Advancement and then as a Manager for Donor and Former Crew Member Relations at the same museum from 2014 to 2018.
In 2018, Matt joined Brooklyn Law School as a Leadership Gifts Officer, where they managed a portfolio of donors and fostered relationships to support the school's programs and initiatives. Matt held this role until 2021.
Currently, Matt works at the Western Golf Association/Evans Scholars Foundation as the Manager of Prospect Management and Research. In this position, they assist a team of fundraisers and other staff members by providing data and information support. Matt utilizes their skills in ETL and Microsoft tools, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, to synthesize information across teams effectively. Matt joined this organization in 2021, and their role was later expanded to Director of Development Analytics & Operations in January 2023.
Matt Costantino earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Politics from Penn State University in 2011. Matt then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Political Science from Long Island University in 2016. Additionally, they hold a certification in Micorosoft Power Platform Foundations for Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT from Blackbaud, which they obtained in 2023.

The Western Golf Association conducts six national golf championships and sponsors the nationally acclaimed Evans Scholars Foundation. Headquartered in Glenview, Illinois, the organization was founded in 1899 by 11 Chicago-area golf clubs to promote their interests in golf. In addition to the BMW Championship on the PGA TOUR and the Evans Scholars Invitational on the Korn Ferry Tour, the WGA conducts four prestigious amateur championships, the Western Amateur, the Western Junior, and the Women’s Western Golf Association’s Amateur and Junior championships. Established by the WGA and famed amateur golfer Charles Chick Evans Jr., the Evans Scholars Foundation provides full housing and tuition scholarships to high-achieving caddies across the country. Currently, a record 1,045 caddies are enrolled in 19 universities across the nation as Evans Scholars. The Program, which is supported by the WGA, is funded by contributions from more than 33,000 Par Club members, including Evans Scholars Alumni, as well as proceeds from the BMW Championship. Since the Program’s inception in 1930, more than 11,320 caddies nationwide have graduated as Evans Scholars.
