Arvin Deodato

Arvin Deodato has extensive experience in customer service, sales analytics, and retail management, having worked at Crate and Barrel since November 2003, where responsibilities include creating sales reports using Google Sheets, training staff, and leading initiatives to improve store culture and customer engagement. Currently, Arvin is a full-time student at Western Governors University, pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, while also serving as an apprentice at Coding Dojo, building full-stack web applications. Previous roles include managing direct response operations at KCTS 9, where revenue recovery and customer service were key responsibilities. Arvin holds a certificate in Full-Stack Web Development from Coding Dojo and has a diverse educational background, including studies at Beloit College.
