Chris Coleman

Chris Coleman M.S. serves as the Manager of People Analytics at Western Governors University and has previously held the position of Lead, People Analytics Partner. In addition, Chris contributes as an Advisory Board Member for the People Analytics research at HR.com for the years 2023 and 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Workday Reporting and Analytics Consultant at INTECROWD LLC, and Sr HR Data Analyst and Sr Workday Analyst - Analytics at Mountain America Credit Union. Early in the career, Chris worked as an HR Data Analyst at Vivint Solar. Chris holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Utah Tech University.
