Darrell Hooker, Jr., PhD, currently serves as an Evaluator at Western Governors University in the Teachers College, focusing on assessing student performance assessments for competency-based mastery since September 2022. In addition, Darrell is an Adjunct Faculty member at Idaho State University, designing and teaching a doctoral-level course in Higher Education Finance since January 2023.
