Sara A. Reed, Ed.D., SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President of People & Talent at Western Governors University. Previously, Sara held the position of Associate Vice President for People & Workplace Culture (CHRO) at Salt Lake Community College and commanded the 50th Intelligence Squadron within the 755th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group. Additionally, Sara has taught as a Visiting Assistant Professor (Adjunct) at the University of the Pacific - Gladys L. Benerd School of Education and operated as the Director of Operations for the Department of Internal Medicine at University of Utah Health. Sara earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Human Resources Development from Drexel University between 2013 and 2016 and participated in the Nehemiah Emerging Leaders Fellowship in 2016-2017.
