Jeff Cinciarelli

Jeff Cinciarelli currently serves as the Chief Sales Officer at Western Health Advantage since June 2019, overseeing sales and major accounts as a key member of the senior management team, leading a 21-person team managing nearly 135,000 members and approximately $800 million in gross premiums. In addition, Jeff holds the position of Area President at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. since July 2015, focusing on the growth of the employee benefits practice. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President - New Business Development Manager at Woodruff-Sawyer & Co. and as Regional Vice President at Health Net from March 1991 to October 2013.
