Governance and Oversight

The Governance and Oversight team at the Western Health and Social Care Trust is responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare delivery. Comprised of non-executive directors and the Director of Planning, Performance & Corporate Services, the team focuses on strategic planning, performance monitoring, and risk management to promote accountability and drive improvements in patient care. Their mission is to foster a culture of transparency and continuous enhancement of health and social services across the regions served by the Trust.
