Frank Berardi

Frank Berardi has a diverse background in IT operations, project management, and support roles. At Western Health, Frank currently oversees the development and implementation of the new IT Service Desk. Prior to that, Frank held various roles at Victoria University, including Governance & Policy Coordinator and Change Manager. Frank's experience also includes managing desktop support teams and providing IT support for hardware, software, and network systems. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business - Computer System Support and additional certifications in training and assessment, Frank brings a wealth of expertise to their current role.
