Tess L. is an accomplished legal and corporate governance professional with extensive experience across various executive roles. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Strategy Partnerships and Corporate Governance at Western Health since February 2022, Tess previously held positions including General Counsel and Director of Corporate Governance and Risk at Epworth, General Counsel and Company Secretary at Bandanna Energy Limited, and Corporate Counsel at Macarthur Coal Limited. Tess's earlier roles include corporate legal positions at the National Australia Bank and McCullough Robertson, as well as experience as an Associate to Justice Margaret White at the Supreme Court of Queensland. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Queensland, a Masters of Laws from QUT, a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and an Executive Leadership Programme from McKinsey & Company.
