Rafael Obregon

Rafael Obregon has an extensive academic career, currently serving as the Director of the School of Engineering and Technology at Western Illinois University since August 1996. Additionally, Rafael held the position of Interim Chair and Professor at the same institution. Prior to this role, Rafael was an Associate Professor and Interim Director of the School of Engineering and Technology at ITESM Campus Queretaro from August 1993 to July 1996, where Rafael also served as Director of CDTEC. Rafael earned a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Western Illinois University between 1990 and 1991, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from ITESM Campus Queretaro from 1981 to 1985.
