Susan Stewart

Susan Stewart, Ph.D., is a seasoned academic and consultant in the field of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Serving as a Professor at Western Illinois University since May 2008, Susan specializes in training future leaders in management. In addition to academic endeavors, Susan has extensive experience as an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and HR Consultant through Stewart Human Resource Services, which operated from August 1995 to June 2025, offering training and workplace solutions. Susan also held the position of Senior Consulting Psychologist at Management Resource Group, Ltd. from July 2015 to November 2022. Susan earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
