Karla Pacheco

Karla Pacheco, CHRL, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People and Development at the University Students' Council at Western University since November 2008, Karla leads the Human Resources Department, overseeing support services for staff, volunteers, and alumni. Previous positions include Human Resources Manager and Generalist at the same organization, where responsibilities encompassed policy creation, recruitment, and employee development. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Coordinator for The City of London, providing recruitment and labor relations support across multiple unions. Karla holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Business from Western University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Fanshawe College.
