Wes Treadway

Wes Treadway is an experienced marketing and management professional with a background in radio, graphic design, and sales. Since June 2016, Wes has served as the Marketing Manager at Western Iowa Networks and has concurrently held the position of General Manager at REAL 102.1 KFIM since September 2014, overseeing all station operations. Previous roles include Retail Sales Representative at Kellogg Company, Owner and Web Designer at Groovetrain Imaging, and Graphic Designer/Webmaster at Star Destinations/Windstar Lines. Wes also has extensive experience in radio programming and community relations, having worked as Program Director at Carroll Broadcasting and Operations Manager at M&H Broadcasting. Wes possesses a BA in Communications from Northwestern College and is dedicated to creating effective marketing strategies and managing diverse teams.
