Jeff Gibeau

Jeff Gibeau is an experienced professional in municipal planning and operations, currently serving as the Executive Manager of Operations at Western Irrigation District since November 2022. Previously, Jeff held multiple leadership roles at the City of Chestermere from October 2016 to April 2022, including Interim Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Manager - Planning & Growth. Prior experience also includes serving as a Development Officer at Vulcan County and various positions at the Town of Claresholm, including Acting Chief Administrative Officer and Manager of Regulatory and Property Services. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies with an Honours in Planning from the University of Waterloo and a diploma in Municipal Planning and Development from Mohawk College, along with ongoing executive education in Organizational Leadership at the University of Alberta.
