Theresa Chatman is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving at Western Land Services, Inc. since April 2022 after holding roles as Project Coordinator and Team Lead. Prior to this, Theresa worked at CF Energy Consultants from 2016 to August 2022 as a Petroleum Landman, focusing on operations, leasing, due diligence, title examination, and project management. Theresa's earlier experience includes a position as a Landman at QEP Energy from 2005 to April 2016 and leadership roles at the Denver Association of Lease and Title Analysts. Theresa holds a Master of Resource Law Studies in Energy and Environmental Law and Policy and a Professional Land Management Certificate, both from the University of Denver.
