Amanda Fisher-Hubbard, MD has a diverse work experience in the field of pathology. Amanda began their career at the University of Michigan Health System, where they worked as a Pathology House Officer from June 2009 to June 2013. During their time at the University of Michigan, they also completed fellowships in Forensic Pathology from July 2013 to June 2014, and in Neuropathology from June 2014 to June 2016.
In 2016, they joined the Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology. Amanda has also served as the Division Chief of Neuropathology starting from September 2018.
Amanda Fisher-Hubbard, MD, pursued their education in medicine at Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they obtained their Doctor of Medicine degree. Prior to attending medical school, they completed their undergraduate studies at The University of Toledo from 2001 to 2005. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering, with a focus on Pre-Medicine.
