Nicole Brookens

Nicole Brookens has extensive experience in the field of postmortem care and forensic operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Morgue Operations and a Team Leader at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine since August 2015, Nicole has previously held the role of Forensic Autopsy Technician. In March 2024, Nicole became the Proprietor of Morguanization, an initiative aimed at enhancing the standard of postmortem care nationwide. Prior to this, Nicole worked as an Emergency Department Technician at Bronson Healthcare from 2007 to 2016. Educationally, Nicole holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Kalamazoo Valley Community College and a High School Diploma from Vicksburg High School.
