Coby Donaldson

Coby Donaldson, PMP, ITIL, currently serves as Chief Information Officer at Western Midstream since October 2025. Prior to this role, Coby held the position of Vice President of IT at Aris Water Solutions from April 2024 to October 2025, and spent a significant tenure at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP, where notable titles included Vice President of Cybersecurity & Tech Support and various director roles focusing on cybersecurity, technology support, and project delivery. Coby's extensive experience encompasses managing large-scale IT projects for major oil and gas enterprises, including a focus on network security and telecommunications, as well as operational roles in diverse companies like Dimension Data and Long View Systems. Coby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas Christian University, earned from 2000 to 2004.
