Richard Dye

Richard Dye has extensive experience in security management, currently serving as the Corporate Security Manager at Western Midstream since September 2018. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Senior Security Advisor at Chevron from March 2012 to September 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing global security operations in Nigeria and the Americas. Richard’s career began with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where, from August 1987 to February 2012, responsibilities included serving as a Supervisory Special Agent and navigating various significant roles, including operations in the Houston Field Office and the Terrorism Financing Section at FBIHQ. Richard's military background includes serving as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps from May 1979 to July 1987, contributing to military police operations and other assignments. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from Cedarville University, completed in 1991.
