Shawn Starr

Shawn Starr is an experienced executive currently serving as President of Western Landscape Supply, Surface Prep Superstore, and Western Mixer, all of which began in January 2024. Prior to these roles, Shawn held multiple positions at Pioneer Landscape Centers from April 2017 to November 2023, including Director of Sales and Services and Commercial Sales Manager, leading a sales team and spearheading strategic planning for market expansion. Shawn's background also includes a significant tenure with the US Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer, overseeing multiple clinics and managing large teams. Additionally, Shawn began a career in retail at Best Buy as a Sales Supervisor. Shawn holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies from Colorado Christian University.
