Doug Mader

Doug Mader, SPHR, has served as the Executive Director of Workforce Development and Life Long Learning at Western Nebraska Community College since September 2008, where responsibilities include developing, managing, and coordinating training programs for industries such as law enforcement, fire departments, and financial institutions. Additionally, Mader has held roles as an Adjunct Business Instructor and Workforce Development Director at the institution. Prior to this, Mader was the Director of Business and Individual Training at Mader, Tschacher, Peterson Wealth Management, LLC, and worked as a Case Design Analyst and Paraplanner at AXA Advisors, LLC. Mader holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
