Judith K. Berg, DNP, FNP, CNN-NP, serves as a Nurse Practitioner at Western Nephrology since November 2020, with extensive experience in nephrology management and patient care spanning over two decades. Prior to this role, Judith K. Berg was the Clinical Practice Manager and Nurse Practitioner at NORTHWEST INDIANA NEPHROLOGY, PC, from August 2000 to June 2020, where leadership was provided to a staff of 30, including five advanced practice nurses and nine physicians. Judith K.
