Kimber Townsend

Kimber Townsend has extensive experience in emergency management and program coordination, currently serving as the Northwest Territory Planning Deputy for Situational Awareness/ISR at Team Rubicon USA since November 2017. In this role, Kimber is responsible for gathering situational awareness across a 10-state area and Alaska. Additionally, Kimber has been an Administrative Program Assistant at Western Oregon University since February 2007, overseeing data collection systems and managing the College of Education's website development. Moreover, Kimber coordinates the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program for the Independence Police Department, focusing on disaster preparedness training and fiscal management. Kimber holds a degree from Western Oregon University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
