Prior experience includes a Developer role at Guest Research, Inc. and extensive tenure at the American Water Works Association, where roles ranged from Manager of Developers to Senior Application Developer. Rusty holds a Bachelor of Information Systems and Programming degree from Devry, earned between 1998 and 2003.
