Michael Roper

Michael Roper has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael founded Illuminatus Marketing in 2014 and was actively involved in its operations. Michael also served as the Chairman of Catawba County Republican Men's Forum from December 2014 to November 2016. In addition, they held the position of Vice Chairman at Catawba County Young Republicans from 2012 to November 2016. Michael served as the Communications Director at the North Carolina Federation of Young Professional Republicans from March 2015 to February 2016. Michael worked as the Director of SEO at SEO Revolution from November 2011 to April 2015, and as a Music Marketing Intern at TOGA Entertainment from May 2010 to September 2010. Currently, they hold multiple roles at the United Arts Council of Catawba County, including Treasurer, Board Member, Finance and Fund Development Committee Chair, United Arts Fund Allocations Committee Chair, Public Relations Chair, and Innovative Artists Grant Committee Chair. Additionally, they are the President Elect and Treasurer at the Western Piedmont Symphony.

Michael Roper obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Industries Studies from Appalachian State University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Michael also holds certifications as a Link Research Tools Associate from Link Research Tools (LRT), obtained in July 2013, and as a Founding Member of Hotjar.
