Dr. Zahra Jabiri

Dr. Zahra Jabiri has a extensive work experience in the utilities sector, particularly in Western Power. Dr. Zahra has held several roles in the company, including Head of Regulation and Investment Assurance, where they were responsible for regulatory access and contract arrangements, as well as compliance with economic regulations. Dr. Zahra also served as Head of Asset Performance, overseeing the strategic and operational management of the network asset valued at $12 billion. Dr. Jabiri has also worked as the Manager - Operational Asset Performance and served as an intern to the CEO.

In addition to their role at Western Power, Dr. Jabiri has been involved in industry committees at Energy Networks Australia, serving as a representative on the Policy and Strategy Committee and the Asset Management Committee. These committees focused on issues related to energy network asset management and operations.

Dr. Jabiri is currently a Director and Board Member at 4lifeskills, a role they started in 2021.

Dr. Zahra completed their PhD in Asset Management from the same institution. In 2017, they participated in the Signature Program at Leadership Western Australia (LWA). Dr. Jabiri also completed a program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) in 2019.
