Christina McCann

Christina McCann, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, spanning various roles and industries. Christina is currently the Vice President of People at WPS - Educational and Psychological Assessments. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at Jack Nadel International, where they led the HR and payroll departments and facilitated their reorganization for improved efficiency and scalability. Before that, McCann held the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources at ACCO Engineered Systems, where they oversaw strategic HR processes, change management initiatives, and regulatory compliance. Christina also served as the Risk and Compliance Manager at Media Temple, where they developed compliance strategies and policies while maintaining a positive organizational culture. In addition, McCann worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Inter-Con Security Systems Inc and Cobalt Construction Company, where they performed core HR functions and contributed to organizational growth. Christina began their HR career as a Human Resources Generalist/Office Manager at Traffic Management Inc. Christina McCann, SPHR has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University Channel Islands, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they studied Construction Engineering Management at California State University, Long Beach from 2004 to 2007, although they did not obtain a degree in this field. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they obtained in June 2013, and a SHRM-SCP Certification from SHRM, obtained in November 2015.
