Fred Dinkins

Fred Dinkins currently serves as a People Department Business Partner at WPS - Educational and Psychological Assessments, where responsibilities include effectively communicating complex concepts to clients and coaching business leaders on aligning Learning & Development efforts with organizational strategy. Dinkins' career encompasses various roles in rights and permissions management, including managing administrative staff and implementing new contract management systems.
