Schaeffer Barnhardt

Schaeffer Barnhardt currently serves as the Interim Director of Enrollment Management and Director of Admission Outreach at Western Reserve Academy since July 2021. Prior to this role, Schaeffer held multiple positions in enrollment management at Chatham Hall from July 2012 to July 2021, including Dean of Enrollment Management and Director of Admission and Financial Aid. Professional experience also includes a role as Lead Teacher and Marketing at Charlotte Child Development Center, and a Customer Accounts Representative position at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. Additionally, Schaeffer worked as a Tutor at Thornwell Home For Children. Education includes a Master’s degree in Human Services from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Presbyterian College, complemented by attendance at Chatham Hall.
