Mshi Keri Dillman Rhia

Keri Dillman MSHI, RHIA, CCS, currently serves as the Manager of Inpatient EMR and Clinical System Analyst at Western Reserve Hospital since July 2022. With a diverse background spanning multiple roles in health informatics and administrative support, Keri has experience as an Administrative Assistant at Karen Richardson, where responsibilities included data entry and time-management tracking systems. Previous positions include Support Staff at Summit Psychological Assoc Inc, where meticulous entry of client information into EMR was performed, and Student Project Manager at Spaulding Rehabilitation Network, overseeing collaborative projects. Keri's professional journey also includes roles in customer service and claims adjustment at State Farm® and Homesite Insurance, as well as team leadership at Sam's Club. Educationally, Keri obtained a Master of Science in Health Informatics from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
